What is FlowCore?+
FlowCore is an AI-powered automation platform with a unique Core System that acts as a central brain for your business. Build visual workflows, orchestrate multi-agent AI teams, query your documents with RAG, and automate browsers — all with self-healing pipelines, budget controls, and a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. No coding required.
How does billing work?+
We use a credit-based pay-as-you-go model. Credit consumption varies based on workflow complexity, the nodes used, and AI consumption. See

What AI providers are supported?+
FlowCore supports 30+ AI models across 6 providers. Core AI (Azure OpenAI GPT) is built-in — use it directly with your credits, no API keys needed. With BYOK you can also connect Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, and OpenRouter (Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, NVIDIA and more). Mix different providers in a single workflow.
Can I use my own API keys?+
Yes! With our Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, you can use your own Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google Vertex AI, or OpenRouter keys. This gives you full cost control and removes any vendor lock-in.
What is Core AI?+
Core AI is our built-in AI assistant powered by Azure OpenAI (GPT). You can use it directly with your credits — no API keys needed. It includes chat, vision analysis, and multi-agent orchestration capabilities.
Do I need coding skills?+
No! FlowCore is designed for everyone. Our visual node-based editor lets you build complex workflows by simply dragging and connecting nodes. For advanced users, we support custom code nodes too.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. API keys are encrypted with enterprise-grade AES-256-GCM. OAuth users (Google/Microsoft login) have no stored passwords — the safest option. We never sell or share your data.
What are Founder Plans?+
Founder Plans are limited-time lifetime access deals. You pay once and get lifetime credits (50K–250K), priority support, council voting power, and exclusive perks. These are limited to a small number of spots per tier and are available only to individual users (not companies or legal entities).
Is there a monthly subscription?+
No! FlowCore has no monthly fees. You buy credits when you need them and use them at your own pace. Unlike traditional automation tools where unused tasks reset every month, your FlowCore credits never expire. Paid accounts have an activation period (Pro: 90 days, Ultra: 180 days) — simply make a new purchase within that window to stay active. Pay as you go, not monthly subscriptions.
What is the Activation Period?+
Unlike monthly plans, your unused credits are never reset or lost. To cover data storage and server costs, paid users need to make a new purchase within the activation period (Pro: 90 days, Ultra: 180 days). After purchase, your entire remaining balance carries over — nothing expires. Free trial accounts are deactivated when the trial period ends. Founder accounts never expire.
